This week Colleen and Robyn welcome Jennifer Benelli.
Jennifer has spent 20 years as a top producing real estate broker, selling nearly 500 new homes throughout the Portland area. She started her career selling exclusively new construction homes for Oregon's largest local builder, and then in 2015 she opened the first luxury division neighborhood for the largest new home builder in the US. By 2016, Jennifer realized it was time to expand her business beyond just new construction and bring her skill sets to buyers and sellers of resale homes in the Portland metro area.
Jennifer is a master's degree educated realtor, skilled in identifying her clients' needs and servicing them with a wide breadth of market expertise, and a master negotiator. Her strategies for maximizing her seller’s profits and buyers buying power have proven successful throughout her career.
Whether working for sellers or buyers, her aggressive, yet patient and communicative style has been instrumental in her success in meeting her clients’ needs. Her ability to be creative and help highlight the benefits of the features of the homes she lists, as well as helping buyers overcome obstacles, has proven to be highly effective.
Her proven track record earned her a reputation for being an expert, and 99% of her business is repeat and referral, clients call on her over and over again and share her with their loved ones and friends.
Jennifer prides herself on having a high level of integrity in all of her business dealings and keeping her client’s best interests as her number one goal at all times.
Jennifer is raising a family in Lake Oswego and enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, traveling, making art and singing in her free time.
