In this episode, Colleen & Robyn discuss with Andrea Kennedy spiritual transformation, higher frequencies in technology, the oneness of all and more. Shortly after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Andrea took her first Reiki class in 1995. She was skeptical about Reiki as a result of her mainstream upbringing, but her personal practice brought wonderful blessings into her life. This inspired her to bring Reiki to more people and create her professional practice called Mainstream Reiki.
She offers live and online Reiki classes, creates for the Mainstream Reiki YouTube channel, cohosts the Beyond the Reiki Gateway Podcast, offers mentoring sessions and is working on her first book. Her focus is to empower others in remembering who they really are and believes peace and love manifests in our world when we cultivate peace and love within ourselves.
